You’ll learn effective life-saving skills in this 90-minute seminar with
Improved knowledge of asocial and predator tactics
Better threat awareness and preparedness
Improved verbal confrontation and boundary management skills
More confidence and improved self-esteem
Confidence with basic physical self-defense techniques
You’ll learn about the predator’s victim selection process. When you know how they operate, you’ll be better able to detect the setup for an attack and escape before it happens.
You’ll learn about the Color Codes of Awareness used to in defense instruction to military, police, and security personnel. This, and “priming your brain”, will help you be mentally prepared to manage a perpetrator.
You’ll learn about space management, and the escapes and strikes that can save your life. The physical self-defense techniques are simple, effective, and do not require strength.
